1. Who we are (data controller)
This website is operated by Abdullatif Ergin (LTF Garage) (Abdullatif Ergin), a sole proprietorship running an automotive detailing and paint protection film workshop in Çan, Çanakkale, Türkiye. He is the data controller within the meaning of the Turkish Data Protection Law (KVKK).
Address: İstiklal Mahallesi, Şehit Mustafa Kaya Caddesi No: 75/A, 17400 Çan / Çanakkale
Email: [email protected]
Phone: 0541 417 08 40

2. Personal data we collect
- Enquiry form: your name, phone number, vehicle details, the service you selected and any note you write.
- Server logs: IP address, browser and operating system, the page requested and a timestamp. These are recorded automatically for security and troubleshooting.
We do not run analytics, advertising or profiling. No third-party statistics service receives your visit.
3. How and why we use it
- To answer your enquiry and provide the service you asked about (performance of a contract, or steps taken at your request).
- To keep the server secure and prevent abuse (legitimate interest).
- To meet record-keeping obligations where the law requires it (legal obligation).
4. Cookies and similar technologies
This site sets no advertising, analytics or profiling cookies. Only storage that is strictly necessary to run and protect the site is used: your cookie choice, kept in your own browser so the banner is not shown on every visit, and Cloudflare’s bot protection. These rest on the legitimate interest basis in Article 5(2)(f) of the Turkish Data Protection Law (KVKK) and cannot be switched off.
A cookie banner is shown on your first visit. Following the Turkish Data Protection Authority’s guidance on cookies, rejecting is exactly as easy as accepting and both options carry the same visual weight; nothing optional runs before you decide. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through the “Çerez Ayarları” link in the footer. Should a non-essential technology ever be added, your explicit consent will be obtained before it loads.
5. Third parties and Instagram content
Instagram posts shown on this site are fetched by our own server, and their images are streamed through our own domain. No Instagram embed script is used, so your browser does not contact Meta and your IP address is not shared with Meta while browsing.
If you click through to Instagram or WhatsApp, those services then apply their own privacy policies. We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.
6. Hosting and international transfers
The site is hosted in a data centre operated by Hetzner Online GmbH in Falkenstein, Germany. Technical records created when you open the site, and any enquiry you send, are processed on those servers. Traffic also passes through Cloudflare, Inc. for security and bot protection, which technically processes your IP address.
Because the servers are outside Türkiye, this constitutes a transfer of personal data abroad within the meaning of Article 9 of the Turkish Data Protection Law (KVKK). Such transfers are carried out in accordance with the conditions set out in that Article and are limited to running the site, keeping it secure and answering your enquiry.
Your data is never sold, rented or handed over to third parties for marketing.
7. Data retention
Enquiries are kept for a reasonable period after the request has been handled and are then deleted. Server logs are kept only briefly. Records subject to a statutory retention period are kept for as long as that period requires.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to opt out of marketing. Contact [email protected] to exercise any of these.
Visitors in Türkiye may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK); visitors in the EU/EEA may complain to their local supervisory authority.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always published here with its effective date.
